What Comes With an Original
You will receive
One-of-a-kind, hand-painted, signed original artwork. The signature is usually on the front corner and on the back of the canvas.
Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated to authenticate that the artwork is original and genuine.
Ready-to-Hang with pre-installed wire or hooks on the back of the stretcher bars or frame, so it can be hung immediately.

Shipping, Payment & Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing to bring one of my artworks into your home or collection. I want acquiring my art to be a personal, enjoyable, and worry-free experience. Each artwork is handled with care, professionally packaged, and prepared for its journey to you.
The following information explains my payment, shipping, insurance, return, and international-order policies. If you have a question about a particular artwork or destination before purchasing, please feel free to contact me through my website.
Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Full payment, including applicable shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout, is required before an artwork is shipped.
For international purchases, your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider may convert the transaction into your local currency. Any currency-conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, or other fees imposed by your financial institution are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Applicable sales taxes or other taxes will be collected where required by law.
Complimentary U.S. Shipping
I am pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States on original artwork purchased directly through my website.
Every original artwork is carefully packaged, tracked, and insured during transit at no additional cost to you, so you can purchase with confidence knowing that your artwork is protected on its journey from my studio to your door.
Expedited shipping, special handling, oversized freight, or other shipping arrangements requested by the collector may involve an additional charge. Any additional cost will be discussed and approved before shipment.
Please contact me before purchasing if you require a special delivery arrangement.
Order Preparation & Processing
Original artwork is typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment has been received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Because each artwork is individually prepared and carefully packaged, larger, framed, unusually fragile, or oversized works may require additional preparation time. If additional time is needed, I will let you know before shipment.
Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Domestic Delivery
Standard U.S. deliveries generally arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier, service level, weather, and other circumstances affecting transportation.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide rather than a guarantee.
Original artwork and other higher-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a secure shipping address where someone will be available to accept the artwork when necessary.
Shipping Insurance
Your peace of mind is important to me.
Original artworks are shipped with appropriate transit insurance or package protection at no additional cost to you. Coverage is based on the value of the artwork and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable carrier or insurance provider.
Please retain all packaging until you have inspected your artwork and confirmed that it arrived safely. Original packaging and photographs may be required in the unlikely event that a shipping claim needs to be filed.
Signature on Delivery
Original artworks and other higher-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
For these orders, please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the package.
Because some carriers and destinations have different signature-service options, availability may vary for international shipments.
Damaged Shipments
Every effort is made to package your artwork carefully and securely. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep the artwork and all original packaging and provide photographs of the artwork, the damage, the interior and exterior packaging, and the shipping label.
Please do not discard the packaging or return the artwork until I provide instructions, as the carrier or insurer may require photographs, packaging, or other documentation to process the claim.
I will work directly with you to determine the most appropriate resolution. My priority is to make the process as straightforward as possible while protecting both you and the artwork
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Occasionally, circumstances outside anyone's control—including weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, or carrier delays—may affect a shipment.
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you are concerned about the status of your artwork, please contact me. I will be happy to assist you in working with the carrier and determining the status of the shipment.
If a shipment appears to have been lost, I will work with the carrier and/or insurance provider to initiate the appropriate investigation or claim.
A shipment will not normally be considered lost while it remains in active transit or while a carrier investigation is underway.
If an insured shipment is ultimately confirmed lost, I will work with you to provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with the terms of the applicable insurance coverage.
Returns — Original Artwork
I want you to feel confident about the art you choose for your collection.
If an original artwork does not feel right once you see it in your space, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please contact me before returning the artwork. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once a return has been authorized, the artwork must be carefully repackaged in its original packaging and shipped back promptly using a trackable and appropriately insured shipping service.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
For a change-of-mind return:
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. The original shipping charge is not refundable. Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees paid directly to a carrier or government authority are also not refundable by me.
No restocking fee will be charged.
Once I receive and inspect the artwork and confirm that it has been returned in its original condition, I will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Please do not ship an artwork back without first contacting me.
Prints and Reproductions
Eligible standard prints and reproductions may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
Please contact me before making a return.
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping unless the print arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Prints that are specially produced to a collector's specifications, including custom sizes, personalized pieces, special finishes, or custom framing, may be considered custom orders and may not be returnable except in the case of damage, defect, or error.
Any product specifically identified as “Final Sale” or “Made to Order — Final Sale” on its product page will not be eligible for a change-of-mind return, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
Commissioned and Customized Artwork
Commissioned artwork, personalized artwork, custom framing, and artwork created or altered specifically at a collector's request are generally final sale.
Commissioned pieces may be subject to a separate written agreement describing the payment schedule, approval process, completion timeline, shipping arrangements, and cancellation terms.
If a separate commission agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will govern the commission.
International Shipping
I am delighted to ship my artwork to collectors around the world where reliable carrier service, insurance coverage, and applicable import regulations permit.
International shipping charges are based on the artwork's packaged size and weight, destination, carrier, service level, and insurance requirements. Where available, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout. Some original artworks, oversized pieces, or destinations may require an individual shipping quotation before the order is finalized.
International transit times vary significantly by destination and carrier. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided when available; however, customs processing and circumstances within the destination country can sometimes cause delays beyond the carrier's original estimate.
Please provide a complete shipping address, email address, and telephone number when placing an international order, as this information may be required for customs clearance and carrier communication.
Customs Documentation
All international shipments will include the customs information and documentation required for the destination and selected carrier.
The artwork will be accurately described and its appropriate value declared as required by law. I cannot mark a commercial purchase as a gift or intentionally declare an inaccurate value for customs purposes.
VAT, GST, Duties & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to VAT, GST, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, customs-clearance fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
Where applicable law requires me to collect a tax at the time of purchase, the amount will be collected at checkout or communicated to you before the purchase is completed.
Unless specifically identified as included, prepaid, or collected at checkout, all customs duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage charges, clearance fees, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Because these charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and/or carrier, I am unable to predict the amount that may be assessed. International collectors are encouraged to check their country's import requirements before purchasing.
Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments
The purchaser is responsible for responding to customs or carrier requests and for paying import charges that are their responsibility.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, left unclaimed, or returned because the purchaser does not pay required import charges or complete required customs procedures, the purchaser will be responsible for resulting return shipping, customs, storage, brokerage, or carrier charges.
If the artwork is ultimately returned to me safely and in its original condition, any refund for which the purchase is otherwise eligible will be calculated after deducting non-refundable shipping, customs, carrier, brokerage, and related costs incurred because of the returned shipment.
International Returns
Please contact me before returning any international purchase.
If an international return is authorized because the purchaser has changed their mind, the purchaser is responsible for arranging and paying for trackable, adequately insured return shipping and for completing all necessary customs documentation correctly.
Any VAT, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges that you paid directly to your government, customs authority, or carrier are not funds received by me and therefore cannot be refunded by me. You may need to contact the appropriate authority regarding whether those charges are eligible for reimbursement.
If an international return is required because I sent an incorrect item or because an artwork was damaged in transit, I will work with you to determine the appropriate return or resolution.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing your order.
If you notice an error before the artwork has shipped, please contact me immediately and I will make every reasonable effort to correct it.
If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or because the recipient could not be reached, additional shipping and carrier charges may be required before the artwork can be sent again.Color and Online Images
I make every reasonable effort to photograph and represent my artwork accurately.
Please understand that colors may appear somewhat different from one computer monitor, tablet, or mobile device to another because screen settings and displays vary.
Minor differences between the appearance of an artwork on a screen and the physical artwork are not considered damage or a defect.
Copyright and Reproduction Rights
Purchasing an original artwork or print gives you ownership of the physical artwork you purchased. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain all copyright and intellectual-property rights to my artwork, including the right to reproduce images of the artwork for prints, publications, my website, social media, exhibitions, promotional materials, and other lawful purposes.
The purchaser may, of course, display and enjoy the physical artwork in their home, office, or collection.
Commercial reproduction, licensing, merchandising, or other commercial use of the image requires my prior written permission.
Exceptions Required by Law
I want these policies to be clear and fair to my collectors. Consumer-protection, return, tax, and import laws vary from one jurisdiction to another.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law. Where mandatory law provides a purchaser with greater rights than those described above, the applicable legal requirements will take precedence.
